Michael joined his very first soccer team in the fall. He was really excited to play but once he was actually on the field he was more interested in making new friends than playing the game. He had fun though.
It was interesting being the parent.
It was frustrating for us when he wouldn't kick the ball or even go after it. Other parents have told us that that is often how it is for first time players. We shall see. I have signed him up for kickball this summer. I think it will be a little more up his alley. I'll keep ya posted! P.S. I miss you, too, Kara!
