wedding anniversary

Exactly five years ago today me and my love were married. We have done a lot in the past five years; had three beautiful children, had four different vehicles, moved once, gone on many fun family vacations together, and had many fun adventures together. It hasn't always been easy, but with every trial we have definitly learned a lot about ourselves and each other. I can honestly say that the past five years have been the best in my life.

Tonight we get to spend some time together, just us. We aren't doing anything fancy, but I already know we'll have fun.
I love being married, espeially to the man I love most. I love you honey bunches, here's to many many more years of happiness!

Cute Cousins

Michelangelo, Wesley, & Francesca have some adorable cousins, some of which are moving about three hours closer to us, and we are super excited. Also, I recently discovered some new settings on our camera so I took the liberty of experimenting with the settings on their family. Here are the results:
This is Savannah, she just lost one of her two front teeth, and she is so sweet.

Here is Lisa, my sister, and Parker and Savannah(Vanna).

Here are Vanna and Marissa just loving little Francy.

And here they are playing with some ponies out of my My Little Pony collection.

Me and Marissa are kindred spirits, we are both the third child with a brother oldest and then a sister. and we are both blonde. :)

And here's the girls: Ella Brielle, Vanna, and Marissa, and little baby Francesca.

Me and Justin had tons of fun with the girls while their parents were looking at houses.

This is my brother in law Brinton. He loves to hold Francesca whenever we need a little break to help make meals or set up beds or whatever.

This is kind of a silly picture of Vanna and Marissa wrestling with or maybe just jumping on my brother Mark. He is a good sport with the kids, they just adore him and I know he is excited to have them live closer, too.

What I really wanted for my birthday

Our very own house. Hopefully that dream will become a reality by 2010. We are working on it. Well, Justin's actually doing the working, and I'm doing the dreaming, but you get the point.

They Grow Like Weeds

Wesley will be two in a few weeks and Michael is already three. Francesca is already growing out of a ton of cute little dresses and onesies. I can't keep up. I love and cherish each stage they are at but wish it went by just a little bit slower. Check out these cuties:

By the way, where is everyone? Hello? Who is out there? Make yourself known. Be proud.

Utah Lake Festival

If you have never attended the Utah Lake Festival, you're missing out. It's held the first saturday in June every year. The boys loved to see all the sailboats and motor boats and the taxidermy was interesting, and there were a lot of educational booths. We learned that Utah Lake has millions of carp and they are working on a program to get at least three quarters out to make the lake cleaner. We had a nice relaxing saturday. Something about lakes makes me feel very relaxed and happy.

Our Weekend Getaway

We went on a little trip over the weekend to visit Justin's brother and his family, who just moved into a new house, and we had so much fun. Here is Wesley throwing rocks into the lake with his cousin, Shawn(not pictured).

Here are Candace and Brandon and their daughter Samantha at the lake.

Our cute neice Shayla, she's 12, and she has her own cell phone. Wow how times have changed!

Our 8 year old nephew Dylan. Loves video games and skateboarding.

Justin and little Wesley in their frontyard by the orchard. I didn't get pictures of a lot of other fun things that we did on our trip like attending church with them, playing Rockband and Star Trek Scene it, feeding their horses, hot tubing, hiking, and swimming in the lake- actually just wading exept for Shayla. It was a fun trip. The kids loved getting to know their cousins better and we all had a specktakular time. Thanks Brandon & Candace. :)
